Find the point where the link stops working
When a Joyagoo link is not working, first identify which link failed. A spreadsheet row may open an independent catalog, that catalog may point to a seller page, and the seller URL may then be imported into the buying platform. These are separate steps. An error at one step does not establish that the product has disappeared from every other step. Copy the spreadsheet address, the link you clicked and the final address shown in your browser into a private research note.
Write down the visible outcome: blank page, sign-in request, product not found, unrelated product, missing size or an import message. Include the time and the device you used. This small record prevents random changes from obscuring the original problem. Do not place a second order simply because a page fails to load; first check whether an earlier payment or order already exists in your account.
Recover the seller URL without guessing an identifier
Reopen the row and look for an explicitly supplied source link or product identifier. A catalog address identifies the catalog entry; it is not automatically a Taobao, Weidian or 1688 product address. If a share link opens successfully, use the product page's own sharing option to obtain a fresh link. Keep the old and new versions so you can compare the destination. Remove surrounding copied sentences or punctuation from the input field, but preserve the actual link.
Do not delete every query parameter. On some marketplaces, the query contains the product ID, so cutting the URL at the question mark can remove the very information needed to retrieve it. Do not invent an item ID from a filename, an image or a similar row. If only a screenshot survives, image search can produce new candidates, but every result needs a new identity and variant check. Visual similarity does not restore the original seller relationship.
Distinguish an access problem from a removed product
A marketplace may show a login screen, an app prompt or a regional access message before displaying product details. Record that as access unresolved. It is not sufficient evidence to mark the product sold out. If you already use the marketplace, open its normal site or app and inspect the saved source link there. Enter credentials only through the service's genuine sign-in flow, never into a form on an unrelated spreadsheet or a page sent by an unknown commenter.
A clear unavailable message on the seller page is different. Check whether the whole listing is gone or only the selected option. A jacket can remain visible while the blue medium variant is unavailable. If a page redirects to a store homepage, it has not confirmed the old product. A successful page load is therefore only the beginning of the check; the relevant item and option still need to be present.
Handle a working seller page that will not import
If the original product page is accessible but the buying platform cannot retrieve it, the evidence points to a retrieval problem rather than a confirmed product deletion. Try the fresh seller link once, then preserve the error instead of repeatedly submitting copies. Joyagoo's public shopping guidance mentions manual DIY orders when normal product retrieval is unavailable. Check the current official workflow and its requirements before using that route.
A manual entry transfers more responsibility to your notes. Record the source URL, seller, exact option text, quantity, currency, visible price and domestic delivery information. Ask for clarification where the seller page is incomplete. A manually typed description does not reserve stock or make an unsupported option available. Do not pay while the intended size, color or quantity remains ambiguous, and do not bypass an item restriction by describing a different product.
Compare the recovered page against the saved row
Place the spreadsheet thumbnail and the recovered listing side by side. Compare product type, shape, visible details, seller information and any stable identifier. Then select the intended option and inspect its image and price. The main image may show a bundle while the lowest displayed price applies to a single component. A recovered link is usable only after this option-level check, not simply because its title contains the same words.
Consider an illustrative shoe row saved with a black low-top thumbnail. The new page uses the same image but offers only a different sole design in the required size. That is a partial match, not a repaired order instruction. Keep it out of the ready-to-buy list until the difference is resolved. If a replacement seller has the desired design, create a new record with a new check date rather than silently attaching it to the old entry.
Send a support request that can be reproduced
A useful report includes the spreadsheet row address, original seller URL, final destination, exact option and a short description of the failure. Add the time, browser or app, and a screenshot with personal details hidden. For an import issue, state that the seller page opens but the buying platform does not retrieve it. For a wrong destination, state which visible product detail differs. This gives the recipient a concrete check to perform.
Keep account IDs, delivery addresses and payment screenshots out of public comments. If an existing order is involved, use the platform's authenticated support channel and the relevant order reference. A report about a stale independent catalog entry belongs with that catalog's maintainer; a payment or purchased-order issue belongs with the service handling the transaction. Separating these responsibilities avoids asking the wrong party to fix a problem it cannot control.
Use a clear stop-or-continue decision
Continue only when the final destination identifies the intended product, the required variant is available to select, and the order summary agrees with your saved note. Stop when the source cannot be identified, the page has changed product, a required detail is missing or the error leaves an earlier order's state uncertain. A screenshot of a past price is useful history, but it does not establish today's availability or authorize a different item.
Update the spreadsheet record with the result: working and matched, access unresolved, variant unavailable, wrong destination or removed listing. Add a real check date only after reviewing the page. If you found an alternative, retain it as a separate candidate. This turns one frustrating broken link into better research data and makes the next search faster without inventing certainty about a seller, product or future delivery.
