03 / JOYAGOO BUYING GUIDE

How to use Joyagoo: a complete buying guide.

A compact order flow for comparing the live listing, confirming options, planning QC and preparing shipment.

01

Compare listing images and option text

Open the source listing and select the intended option. Confirm whether the displayed image represents that option, a bundle or a different version.

02

Record size, color and seller notes

Record the complete variant text, quantity, seller measurements and domestic freight. State any required parts or measurements explicitly in your order note.

03

Decide your QC must-haves

Decide which evidence could change your keep-or-return decision. Save the selected listing image and request specific measurements or readable labels when needed.

04

Plan consolidation and shipping constraints

Make a parcel budget before ordering: item costs, domestic delivery, packing assumptions and international freight. Recheck the available routes with the final contents.

What the official guidance actually says

01

The agent service is listed as free—not the whole order

Joyagoo's fee explanation says the shopping-agent service itself is free. Buyers still pay the product price and domestic delivery to the warehouse, and may later pay return handling, international freight, customs charges and optional value-added services.

02

One product link starts the order flow

Published guidance describes an order moving through purchaser verification, seller dispatch, warehouse arrival, quality check, storage, parcel submission and international shipment. Order statuses should be read as checkpoints, not promised delivery dates.

03

A return may include shipping and service costs

For a stocked item without a quality problem, the buyer normally covers return shipping. The policy also describes a small service charge of about USD 0.75, while seller responsibility may apply when an accepted quality issue is confirmed.

Shipping coupons apply to freight and do not stack

The shopping guide states that a shipping coupon applies only to the international shipping fee and cannot be stacked. A coupon should be evaluated after the parcel and route are known, not treated as a discount on the product order.

05

Customs, tax and declaration risk remains with the recipient

Official guidance warns that special goods may face returns, fines or taxes and says the recipient is responsible for these risks. System Declaration may be selected automatically, but buyers should review the current route and destination rules before submission.
